1. Domain / Purview
For all contracts between "Keestberlin" and consumers (§13 German Civil Code) that are related to our online shop, the following conditions of trade must be obeyed/maintained. Consumer is every natural, non-artificial person that arranges/completes a transaction with a specific purpose. This purpose is not to be related to neither the freelancing nor the employed work of this person.

3. Completion of contract
By displaying products in the online shops, we place a mandatory offer for purchasing this product. The respective contract is confirmed by clicking/pushing the "buy"-button thus accepting the products/goods in the shopping cart. Instantly after despatching the order you are going to receive a confirmation mail. In every case the condition for a finalized contract is achieved by sending the order thus completing the process.
4. Costs for delivery
Additionally, to the product prices, the delivery costs are to be paid. Please find further information on this topic at Shipping & Returns. In case of international, non-EU deliveries additional costs must be charged, e.g. taxes or customs clearance.
Labelled prices are specified by date of purchase plus additional transport costs. Invoices are in EUR and prices include the latest official German VAT. In case of payment in advance, the payment is due directly at the date of contract. If payment is overdue more than 8 days we will offer the ordered goods to other purchases and sales.
For deliveries within Germany we accept the following payment options.
- Payment in advance
By choosing this option we will inform you about our bank in the order confirmation. We will deliver the goods directly after the receipt of payment.
- Cash on delivery (C.O.D. service)
This option implies additional EUR 8.- costs.
You need to pay the invoice value online via PayPal. You need to be registered or must proceed to do so. With your account and login dates you confirm and legitimize the payment. Exceptions may imply for a "guest account". You receive further information while ordering.
- Credit card (VISA, MasterCard)
Your credit card is debited with order finalization.
- Amazon payments
You need to pay the invoice value online via Amazon. You need to be registered or must proceed to do so. With your account and login dates you confirm and legitimize the payment. Exceptions may imply "guest account". You receive further information while ordering.
- Klarna purchase on account.
In corporation with Klarna we offer you this payment option. Due date is 14 days after invoice date. The invoice is done when sending the goods and is either sent by e-mail or posted combined with the goods. Payment must take place with Klarna. Please notice that Klarna invoice is available for consumers only. Please find the complete terms and conditions of trade on the klarna webpage.
The only shop charges a fee of EUR 1.99 per order when buying with Klarna.
Klarna investigates and ranks your data and exchanges data with other companies and credit reporting agencies in case of specific interest. Your personal data and files are treated according to official and specific data safety and security regulations by Klarna.
- Bank transfer in advance
By choosing this option we will name our bank account within the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment receipt. For international transfers IBAN and BIC numbers are mandatory.
6. Packing station
We do not deliver to packing stations.
7. Reservation of ownership
Keest remains the goods' owner until complete payment.
8. Damages/Breakage while transportation
In case of goods with obvious transportation damage please notify immediately your delivery partners of these issues and please contact us promptly. In case you should miss a proper contact or information your rights are not restricted by any means. Nevertheless, it would be helpful on our behalf to underscore our claims against forwarding agents or transport insurance respective. We kindly request you to send back damaged goods or reclamations only after contacting us for arrangement.
Legal cancellation is limited to consumers only. It does not apply for any contracts among businesses (B2B). Consumers are granted 14 days of cancellation time limit.
As a private customer/consumer you have the right to cancel this contract without stating any reasons within 14 days time limit. This limit starts with the receipt of goods by either yourself or an affiliated partner who is not the forwarder. It is mandatory to inform us about your decision of cancellation (e.g. via postal letter or e-mail). For this purpose, you can optionally download a sample cancellation form sheet here.
It is sufficient to send a message that you want to use the right of cancellation within the time limit.
- Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract we agree to repay/retransfer all payments inclusive delivery costs directly within 14 days time period after the receipt of cancellation. Please be informed that we do not repay additional transport costs that might have occurred because you may not have opted for the standard delivery but a specific premium one. For the retransfer we use the same payment method that you have used within the transaction in the first place, except for you agreed to another option. In either case, we do not charge you any fees for this.
We maintain the right to negate /refuse the repay until we get back the goods or until you can give proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which date is first.
a) You need to return the goods directly and in any case within 14 days after you have informed us about the contract’s cancellation. This time limit is maintained if you despatch the goods within 14 days.
b) You need to pay the actual costs for returning the goods.
c) You need to pay for a possible loss of goods’ value only if this loss of value is related to a careless handling of the goods while examining their condition, state and functions.
10. Discounts, bonus, special offers
Granted discounts that apply according to a minimum shopping value are valid in case the buyer/customer does not cancel within 14 days time limit and in case the cancellation does not lead to falling short of the specific minimum value of the discount’s value. Discounts, bonus or coupons are not to be exchanged in cash.
11. Storage of contract texts
We store/save the contract texts and send you the order details and our general business terms via e-mail. The general business terms are also available to you on this website at any time.
12. Language of contract
For contract completion and finalization, the available language is German.
13. Dispute proceedings
We do not participate in dispute proceedings at consumer conciliation boards. The law according to alternative consumer dispute and conflict agreement/settlement insists us to inform you appropriately:
